• Measurements and sizing guides are approximate and may vary by production batch.
• Inventory is limited and subject to availability. Items may sell out at any time, including while in your cart.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, person, or household.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accurate pricing; in the event of an error, we may cancel or adjust your order after notifying you.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product and send a shipping confirmation.
• We may cancel orders for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or inability to verify payment.

6. Payment & Billing

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping options, costs, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for domestic shipments unless required otherwise by law.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• Please ensure your address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reship fees.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be eligible for return within the posted return window, subject to inspection.
• Final sale, limited drops, or marked-down items may be non‑returnable unless defective as required by law.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price excluding shipping, unless otherwise stated.

9. Preorders & Limited Drops

• Preorder delivery windows are estimates and may shift due to production schedules.
• We may charge your payment method at the time of preorder. Cancellations before shipment are at our discretion unless required by law.
• Quantity limits and per-household limits may apply to limited releases.

10. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

• Promotional offers and codes are subject to terms, are time‑limited, and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• We may void promotions in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or error.
• Gift cards or store credits are redeemable only on the Site and are not reloadable, refundable for cash, or replaceable if lost, except where required by law.

11. User Content & Reviews

• If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Site and our marketing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Godspeed Long Sleeve or its officers, employees, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Venue. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, for any claims that are not subject to arbitration.
• Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
• Arbitration & Class Waiver (if permitted by your jurisdiction). Any unresolved dispute will be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York County, New York. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. This clause does not apply where prohibited by law.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or cancel orders, at any time for any lawful reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitations of liability).

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Miscellaneous
