International Shipping

    - We ship to most countries worldwide. Options and pricing appear at checkout after entering your address. - Duties & Taxes: Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless stated otherwise. Local duties, VAT, and import fees are collected by the carrier or your customs authority. - Refused or unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded minus shipping fees. - Some regions may have limited tracking once the parcel enters local postal networks.

Tracking & Updates

Address Changes

  • After dispatch, address changes must be requested via the carrier.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • PO Boxes ship via USPS only.
  • APO/FPO/DPO supported via USPS. Transit may exceed estimates.

Signatures & High-Value Orders

  • Orders $250+ may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Carrier holds and pickup options are available in most areas.

Preorders, Backorders & Split Shipments

    - Items marked preorder ship by the estimated window on the product page. If paired with in‑stock items, your order may ship together by default. - Choose “Ship available items first” at checkout (if shown) or contact us to split. Holiday & Drop Windows

During peak holidays and limited drops, processing can extend to 2–4 business days. Expedited options still ship fastest once picked and packed.

Late, Lost, or Damaged

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours for a possible follow-up scan.
  • Still missing? Contact the carrier to open an investigation, then email us with your case number.
  • Damaged in transit: photograph the box, label, and item within 48 hours and contact support.

Refused/Unclaimed Parcels

  • Returns to sender due to refusal, invalid address, or unclaimed delivery are refunded minus shipping fees once received and inspected.
