Overview

We stand behind the quality and fit of our Godspeed long sleeve tees. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right. Please read the policy below before sending anything back—unapproved returns may be refused to keep things fast and fair for everyone.

Return window

  • Refund to original payment method: within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchange or store credit: within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must arrive back to us within the window above to qualify.

Return windows are counted from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.

Eligibility & condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair, stains, or marks.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Include the packing slip or your order number inside the parcel.
  • Footwear and accessories (if applicable) must be returned in original boxes, placed inside an outer protective box.

Returns not meeting the above may be rejected or subject to a partial refund (up to 15% inspection/cleaning fee at our discretion).

Non‑returnable items

  • Final sale, clearance, or sample items marked “Final Sale”.
  • Gift cards and digital credits.
  • Customized items (if offered in the future).
  • Items returned after the stated return window.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error or the product is defective.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with subject “Return Request Order #XXXX”.
  2. Tell us: order number, the item(s) you’re returning, reason, and photos if damaged/defective.
  3. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Domestic customers can request a prepaid label (see fees below).
  4. Pack securely and write the RMA on the outside of the package. Ship within 7 days of RMA approval.

Return shipping & fees

  • USA: You may use your own trackable carrier or request our prepaid label. If you use our label, an $8.00 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and store credit labels are complimentary.
  • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please mark the shipment as “Return—No Commercial Value” to avoid duties.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

Exchanges

To get the right size fast, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original for a refund once it’s approved.

  • Exchange window: within 30 days of delivery.
  • We’ll cover the domestic return label for exchanges.
  • Inventory moves quickly—placing a new order secures your item immediately.

Refunds timing

  • Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days from the day your return is delivered to us.
  • Approved refunds post to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the credit.
  • If you paid with a gift card/store credit, the refund will be reissued as store credit.

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer first. Then reach us at [email protected].

Defects, wrong, or damaged items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund and provide a complimentary return label.
  • Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear and tear are not considered defects.

International returns

  • International customers handle return shipping and any import/export forms.
  • Duties and taxes paid are non‑refundable through us; you may reclaim them directly with your local customs office where applicable.
  • Please use a trackable service—lost return shipments without proof of delivery can’t be refunded.

Cancellations & order changes

  • We can modify or cancel orders within 1 hour of placement during business hours. After that, your order may already be processing.
  • Pre‑orders may be cancelled up until shipment. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages: original shipping and a reship fee (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

Holiday extended returns

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for returns through January 15 of the following year (items must otherwise meet eligibility requirements).
